Location - best area in the city making it easy to walk to One Nimman or the Old City, but very quiet. This is not the place for party people. This neighborhood is a quiet community full of character where everyone knows each other.
 

There is a first-floor coworking space with wifi. Printing and laminating services for a fee.Cafe with teas, coffee, and water available for purchase.

Of course, we can send it to your room.

There is a large room on the second floor with floor cushions and resistance exercise equipment whenever a class isn't in session.

 

 

 

Other things to note:

There is no smoking on-site.

Air conditioners are on separate meters and turned on at guest expense 4.5฿/kwh.

**Keep windows and doors, including bathroom closed when using ac to keep costs low.

No unregistered guests upstairs.

We offer two rooms to meet your needs:

 

Both rooms are in the third floor room. They are large and spacious and perfect for longer stays with a wall of built-in closets, ethernet connection, L-shaped desk, and balcony.

 

Both rooms have thick comfortable mattresses, wall-mounted fans, air purifiers, air conditioner, blackout curtains, ensuite bathrooms, safe, microwave, refrigerator, Smart TV, electric kettle, air purifier, reclining chair, and table lamps.

 

The room with a mountain view balcony has a larger balcony and beautiful view with sliding glass doors and a screen, but it gets more street noise at night. 

 

The second room has a smaller balcony without a view. The balcony door has a screen door to get fresh air without pests. Because it doesn't gave the street, it's very quiet. 

 

Guests who stay with us a week or longer enjoy long-term stay discounts and weekly cleaning and laundry service.
